为了提高运动平稳性,可在围8-62中的调3和阀2之间的管路上加接单向顾序阀,可摸高运动的平稳性。
[故障21液压缸下腔产 生增压事故
在图 852所示的回路中,如果设计时不注意,将液压缸1上下腔的作用面积之比A:A.大于液控单向阀3的控制活塞作用面积As与单向西上部作用面积A.之比(DFY型液控单向阀)A A,=(33-25) 1, IY型被控单向阀 As A.-(6.25-4.69) 1.例如如果A:A,24: 1(使用DFY型阀),成者Ap:A;≥7: 1(对IY型),则液控单向阀将水远打不开,此时液压缸1将如同一个增压器一样,缸1.下腔将严重增压,下腔压力相应为上腔压力的4倍(对DEY阀)或者7倍(对IY阀),造成液压缸下腔增压事故。
解决办法是液压缸1在设计时,应合理选择上下腔的工作面积,保证A:: As< AsFA[故障31被压缸下行过程中发 生高频或低频振动
如图8-63 (a) 所示采用液控单向阀构成的平衡回路中,在活塞组件(W)下降时,可能出现两种振动:一是高频小报福振动并伴有很大的尖叫声:二是低额大振幅振动。前者是液控单向阀本身的共振现象,后者则是包含液控单向网在内的整个液压系统的共振现象。
a高频援动。如在图53 (b)所示位置时,液控单向阀的控制压力上升,控制话塞顶开(向左)单向阀,液压缸下腔开始有油液流往油池。由于 背压和冲击压力的影响,单向阀回抽腔压力解时上升:又由于液控单向阀为内泄式,此上开的压力(作用在控制活寨左端)比作用在控制活塞右端的控制压力大时,推回(向右控制活基,使单向阀关闭。单向阀关团, 回油整的油液停止流动,压力下降,控制活寒又推开单向调,这种频繁的重复导致高频振动并伴随尖叫声。
b低频振动。当活塞在重物 w的作用下下降时,由于波控单向阀全开,下腔又无背压,很可能接近自由落体,重物下降很快,使系来不及填充液压缸上腔,导致液压虹上腔压力降低,甚至产生真空,液控单向调因控制压力下降而关闭。
主要原因基液压战活塞杆密封的外泄调男外可将两4改为减控单向间对防止缓慢下滑有益,决这些泄湖使可非除故障,
